This Earth Day, one of our SLAM members, Fine is hosting a beautiful Forest Bathing Walk in Royal National Park — designed to help you unwind, breathe deeply, and reconnect.
Guided by Forest Connection and naturebeing, this gentle experience isn’t about hiking or fitness. It’s about being present, moving slowly, and taking in your surroundings with intention.
Forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) has been shown to reduce stress, support your immune system, and leave you feeling more grounded and clear.
What to expect:
🌿 A slow, sensory walk through eucalyptus forest
🌿 Guided mindfulness moments along the way
🌿 Time to switch off and reset
🌿 A relaxed, welcoming group of like-minded women
