Join us for a Sunday morning designed to help you slow down, reconnect and reset in nature.

The Morning Hike (Free – All Welcome)

8:00am – 10:30am

We begin at The Sanctuary Retreat with gentle movement and grounding before heading out on a guided bush walk through the beautiful Woronora Valley.

The morning will be guided by Alexis, who will lead the group with intention setting and supportive practices to help you feel present and connected. As we move through the valley, we’ll pause near the creek and river for guided breathwork and moments of stillness.

This relaxed and welcoming experience is open to everyone, men included. The hike is completely free - simply RSVP so we know you’re joining us.

Sauna & Wellness Retreat (Optional Upgrade)

10:30am – 2:00pm

For those wanting to continue the experience, stay for our guided Sauna Retreat - a restorative session designed to deeply recharge your body and calm your nervous system.

Your experience includes:
