What to Expect

We’ll meet at the front of Sea Level Restaurant in Cronulla, then stroll together along one of Sydney’s most beautiful coastal walkways, heading towards Oak Park and back.

The pace is easy and the views are breathtaking — think rolling waves, sea spray, and sunshine.Afterwards, we’ll pause for coffee and connection (if time allows) at a nearby café to chat, laugh, and unwind.

This women’s community walk is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and others — combining movement, mindfulness, and meaningful conversation in the heart of the Sutherland Shire.
