Bali 2026 — A Mum & Kids Getaway Where kids play, mums exhale

Bali here we come...
Every time we go to Bali, we come home saying the same thing — we need to do that again.

Over the past couple of years, we’ve been back four times, and each time we’ve shared the experience with the SLAM tribe, it’s been such a hit. The feedback is always the same: it’s easy, it’s relaxed, the kids love it, and mums actually get to enjoy the holiday too.
That’s the thing about this style of getaway — it just works. It’s welcoming, family-friendly, and the moment you arrive everything slows down. The people are beautiful, the food is great, and island life feels lighter — especially when you’re travelling with other mums who get it.
For this Mum & Kids getaway, we’ve taken everything our community loved about our past trips and refined it even more. We’ve chosen Nusa Dua because it’s calm, safe and beautiful, with everything close by — so you spend less time getting around and more time actually being present.
We’ve taken care of the details. You just show up, settle in, and enjoy Bali with your kids and the SLAM community.
What does the week look like?
This getaway is designed to feel relaxed from start to finish.
Think slow mornings, pool and beach days, and time to just be together without rushing. We’ll mix in a few special experiences — a beach club afternoon, a local market visit, a sunset temple experience with traditional dance, and a beautiful beachfront seafood dinner.

There’s one dedicated kids’ activity day designed just for them, and we’ll finish the week with a Balinese cultural farewell dinner — a really special way to wrap things up.
The resort also has a kids club where the kids can play, make friends and enjoy each other’s company — giving mums a little breathing room too.
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is compulsory. You join in as much or as little as you like.
Here’s what matters most
I want this to be a trip where you feel looked after.
Where your kids are happy and entertained. And where you’re not carrying the usual mental load of organising every detail.
That’s what SLAM getaways are about — and that’s exactly what this one is too.
Spots are limited to a small group of mums and kids.
Once it’s full, it’s full.

Where we’ll be staying
We’ll be staying right on the beachfront at a beautiful resort in Nusa Dua — the kind of place where kids can play safely while you actually get to exhale.
With a long stretch of private beach, beachside dining, a casual beach club and plenty of space to spread out, it’s easy to move between the pool, the sand and the ocean — or simply relax while the kids play nearby.
It’s comfortable, easy and perfectly suited to a mum-and-kids getaway.

A little about me
I’m Toni, the founder of SLAM Society — and a mum.
SLAM began after I experienced firsthand how isolating motherhood and moving to a new area can feel. What started as simple catch-ups has grown into a trusted community, with over 200 events and 12 getaways shared together.
I’ve travelled extensively with my daughter Makayla, and it’s something we love doing together. In her short five years, she’s already been to eight countries. Travelling with her has taught me what actually works with kids — balance, flexibility, and knowing when less really is more.
That experience shapes the way this getaway has been planned. It’s not about ticking boxes, but creating something that feels easy, supportive and genuinely enjoyable for both mums and kids.
