The Less Stressed Mums Club: Empowering Mums for a Healthier, Happier Life

Melina, a lifelong dancer turned certified personal trainer and yoga instructor, is on a mission to support mums at every stage of their journey. After facing the challenges of motherhood and single parenting, Melina turned to yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, which transformed her life. In 2022, she founded The Less Stressed Mums Club to help mothers reconnect with themselves, prioritize self-care, and embrace a balanced, fulfilled life.

Melina’s simple belief is that “mums can’t pour from an empty cup—but when we fill our own, we can overflow with love.” Through her programs like prenatal yoga, mums & bubs classes, and school holiday workshops, Melina empowers mothers to care for themselves so they can be the best versions of themselves for their families.

Georgia, the COO of The Founders Room, has built an incredible reputation for her family-owned function center located at the stunning Wanda Beach. With over seven years in the event industry, Georgia’s expertise and passion for creating unforgettable experiences have made The Founders Room a premier venue for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations.

Georgia’s leadership is all about inspiring her team to provide seamless, memorable events for every guest. She knows the importance of confidence, resilience, and strong leadership, and she’s committed to fostering an environment where her team can grow and thrive. Maria and Paige, the dynamic mother-daughter duo behind Girl Meraki, are creating magic in Woolooware North. Founded in 2017, their home interiors store offers a beautiful mix of handmade, locally sourced, and globally inspired homewares. With over 40 years of combined experience in the interiors industry, Maria and Paige have infused their store with passion, creativity, and a deep love for design.

Their shared love of interiors began long before they opened Girl Meraki, with childhood road trips to admire houses and weekends spent rearranging furniture. At Girl Meraki, you’ll find items that are not just for your home—they’re for creating a space you love. With their philosophy of “Meraki”—doing something with soul, creativity, and love—Maria and Paige invite you to experience their vision and passion for design and family.

Danielle, the founder of Everyday Interiors, has over a decade of experience in creating personalized, peaceful spaces that reflect her clients’ unique styles. She empowers people by encouraging them to embrace their personal style and feel truly at home in their space.

Whether it’s a complete room transformation or refining the details, Danielle works closely with clients to understand their lifestyle and the emotions they want their home to evoke. With a focus on thoughtful design and stress-free project management, she ensures every project is not only beautiful but also a rewarding experience that makes clients feel inspired and comfortable in their own space.

KJ Official: Healing through Dance and Self Expression

Kaila at KJ Official is a passionate dancer, teacher, and performer, deeply committed to empowering women through the transformative power of dance. Once a shy child struggling with low self-esteem and the weight of bullying, she found solace and healing in movement.
