Cronulla’s Dining Scene Is About to Level Up: Parc Pavilion Opens Tomorrow!

The countdown is nearly over - Parc Pavilion, Cronulla’s most anticipated dining destination, officially opens tomorrow, and the buzz is real.

With over 3,000 bookings already made, it’s clear the Shire is more than ready for something fresh, exciting, and new.

Overlooking the lush Monro Park, Parc Pavilion isn’t just a restaurant - it’s a vibrant new community hub, designed to bring people together through food, drinks, and memorable moments. With four unique venues under one roof, there’s something here for every mood, taste, and occasion.

This project is managed by the family-owned Feros Group, which successfully operates popular venues throughout the Shire, including The Prince Hotel Kirrawee and Highfield Caringbah, among others.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Parc Bistro – Launching Tuesday 20 May

  Your go-to for relaxed breakfasts, long lunches, and casual dinners. Enjoy café-style dining, takeaway options, and beautiful park views. A spot that’s set to become a local favourite - any day of the week.

  
  

• Mr Monro’s – Launching Tuesday 20 May

  A stylish front bar that spills out onto Cronulla Street - perfect for after-work drinks, weekend cocktails, or catching up with friends.

  
  

• The Terrace – Launching Monday 26 May

  Head upstairs to this leafy, open-air space with panoramic views of Monro Park. With a full bistro and bar offering, it’s made for long afternoons, golden hour, and breezy gatherings.

  
  

• Call Me Mamma – Launching Thursday 5 June

  An Italian-inspired restaurant full of bold flavours, hearty share plates, and warm vibes. With intimate private dining spaces, it’s perfect for everything from celebrations to catch-ups over pasta and wine.
